Age
Adults only. You must be 18 or older to use Haven or Minecraft. No exceptions.
How to join
New accounts start as Applicant (Info only). Hangout and Minecraft stay locked until donut vets you.
- Register on Haven.
- Read rules in #info.
- Post your Java name in #info and ping donut.
- After approval, use Copy IP on the home page.
Staff contact is donut on Haven only. No Discord. Minecraft pack: ATM10 · 1.21.1.
Community rules
Not allowed on Haven or Minecraft:
- racism
- homophobia
- disrespect
- harassment
- scams
- griefing
Also barred (see terms): sexual content involving minors, threats, encouraging self-harm, illegal activity, malware or phishing, sharing others' work or private info without right, ban evasion.
How something gets looked at
Tell donut on Haven, or write [email protected]. In the iOS app you can also press and hold a message and choose Report. Reports reach a human and are looked at within 24 hours.
We don't monitor everything. A small server doesn't have the people for it. We act on what's reported and on what we see.
What we do about it
Depending on what happened and whether it has happened before:
- a word about it, and the content removed;
- a temporary mute or removal from a channel;
- a Minecraft whitelist removal or temp ban;
- a suspension;
- a permanent ban.
Anything involving sexual content with minors, credible threats of violence, or malware skips the ladder and results in an immediate ban. Sexual content involving minors is also reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, as federal law requires, and the content is preserved for them rather than simply deleted.

If you think we got it wrong
Message donut on Haven or write to the address below. Include what happened and when. A person will read it and answer. We'd rather reverse a bad call than defend it.
Blocking
In the iOS app, press and hold a message and choose Block. Blocking is separate from reporting — you can do either, or both.
Other people's servers
This policy covers The Donut Shoppe Haven and Minecraft only. On someone else's Haven server, the person running it decides.
